The site will only use the information that is provided by you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Acts 1998 & 2018).

Privacy practices of this site may be revised and updated from time to time. There will be no specific notification of such updates. This site's main purposes are to:

  • Provide a Collaboration Tool for those involved in the campaign,
  • Hold data (documents, photographs, limited personal details of relevant persons, etc),
  • Hold Names of those directly involved in the campaign (without revealing contact details),
  • Hold some details of Events relative to the campaign.
In order to achieve this, full access is allowed only to those Registered Users, who are required to provide their name and personal email address to the administration team. New users are required to use the 'Password Reminder' link which generates their logon identity and password, sending both by email.

Names and email addresses are not available to any other than Supervisors and will never be released in any form to third parties. Note that using another person's logon identity is an offence under GDPR and may be prosecuted.

When information and items are provided to the site, administrators may record name and contact method of the provider (which may be an individual or organisation) to ensure accuracy and maintain quality control. Contact details are only available to supervisors and are never released to any other party. They can be deleted on application to the site supervisor.

The Site uses session cookies while you are logged in and actively using it. These exist only during your current session and are deleted when you log out and leave the website. You should always log out when finished using the site.
